Veggie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

1 bell pepper

1 ripe avocado

5 leaves of kale

3 tablespoons coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

In a small frying pan heat oil over medium heat. Sauté kale until soft and tender. Remove kale and add sliced bell pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Slice avocado and remove pit. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
