Berry Kale Smoothie Bowl


5 kale leaves

2 cups blueberries

1 cup strawberries

2 bananas

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup hemp milk

Granola, coconut shavings, and fresh fruit to garnish


In a blender combine kale, berries, bananas, avocado and hemp milk.

Blend until creamy.

Serve in a bowl or cup and garnish with fruit, nuts, and granola.
