½ stick butter
1 ½ cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp ice water (For filling)
2 cups mulberries (fresh)
1 sliced peach (fresh)
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp corn starch
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium sized bowl, cut cold butter into your mixed flour and sugar until small crumbs are formed.
Add in ice water and mix (with your hands 🙃) until a larger ball is formed.
Chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
While crust is chilling, combine berries, peach slices, lemon juice, sugar, and corn starch in a medium sized bowl.
Bring crust out of fridge and roll out on a floured surface. Transfer to your baking sheet.
Place filling into the middle of your crust.
Shake excess dough around the fruit filling until a wall is formed to hold in fruit.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
