A Balanced Breakfast

No cereal here!


½ ear of corn (cut off cob)
½ cup chard
½ cup spinach
½ cup baby kale
½ avocado (sliced thinly)
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut oil

Sauté kale, chard, and spinach in coconut oil. Set aside.
Fry egg in remaining oil to desired runny-ness 😋
Arrange corn, avocado, greens, and egg on a plate and enjoy!
