Avocado Toast for My First Post

This is my very first post so I am deciding to start simple and use this as an opportunity to introduce myself. I am currently a third grade teacher but my passion has always been cooking. I dream about writing a cookbook and this seemed like a good way to get my culinary adventures out there! If anyone is reading this, I hope you enjoy my recipes. Feedback is always appreciated! 

2 eggs
1 medium avocado (ripe)
2 pieces of toast
salt & pepper to taste

Cut avocado in half, remove pit and skin. Place avocado slices in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Toast 2 slices of toast.

In a small frying pan fry your eggs (one at a time) to your desired runny-ness and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Spread avocado mash onto toast and top with egg! Enjoy!
