Eggs Over Easy, Chicken Sausage, Avocado & Fresh Fruit

They always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start your day off right with this balanced breakfast!

A Balanced Breakfast

1 cage free egg 1 chicken sausage, diced 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 small avocado Fruit of choice to garnish Salt & pepper to taste


Heat coconut oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sausage pieces and brown on both sides. Remove sausage and crack egg into pan. Cook on medium low heat covered. When egg whites are firm your egg is done! Serve with sliced avocado and fruit. Enjoy!
